Here is a pool issued from an innovative technology, which the structure and the top rails have been treated at high temperature without any chemical product.
The wood
The high temperature treatment method is a natural way to treat the wood based on a thermal process done in an inert atmosphere at more than 200 degree Celsius, which reinforce the molecular bonding of the wood. It improves the natural physical-mechanical proprieties. The treatment gives an end product which is superior to wood.
Dimensional stability : The treatment reduces considerably its humidity intake. In result, a greater dimensional stability, eliminating the withdraw, the swelling and the deformation provoked by the torsion.
Natural coloration : The treatment gives to the wood a darker coloration which combines the attraction of the West Canadian red cedar to the advantages of the high temperature treatment.
Ecology : A 100% natural product with no chemical product added. Its the result of a technology which mean no toxic waste in the environment.
Resistance to the degradation factors : The treatment eliminates all trace of nutritious element.

Components
Round and oval models
Wood structural panels of 4 (1.20m) of width pre-assembled at the factory with planks of more or less 4 (10cm) of width moulded in mortise and tenon form.
The flexible panels and their number determine the size of the pool.
100 % sturdy and aesthetic wood columns. Craft work, pre-assembled by gluing and screwing at the factory.
9 100% wood top rails assembled by gluing and stapling using a glued laminated timber for a greater structural resistance.
Non-slipping seat caps made of talc injected resin and very easy to install.
Solid assembling of the pool by using galvanized steel cables of 5/16 in diameter and covered with plastic for looks and protection against chlorine. Breaking point of each cables: 9 800 pounds.
Bolts and screws protected by a Magni 599 covering tested 1000 hours in saline fog and approved for an ACQ treated wood usage.
Insulating foam of 125 mil.(1/8) thick inserted between the liner and the walls for a smoother surface and a better protection for the liner.
Vinyl liner held by a standard in ground coping installed at the factory.
Wrapping: delivered on pallet in 3 or 4 boxes, according to size.
Oval model
Straight walls held by a wood strut system.
Every steel pieces used for the assembling of the strut system are made of galvanized steel and after painted with a powder polyester paint. Tested resistance of 1500 hours in humidity and saline fog.
The braces and straps system used on the above-ground models is made with galvanized steel and assembled with stainless steel bolts and screws.
Species of wood used :
High heat treated grey pine for the panels.
Glued-laminated and high heat treated wood for the top rails
ACQ treated southern yellow pine for the columns and the strut system.
